Shipping Policy

  • Local Pick-Up: Free within the Massapequa Park, NY area. Select pick-up at checkout to save on shipping on the products that offer local pick up.
  • Where do you ship?: We ship to the United States. We regret that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, Canada, International countries, as well as P.O. Boxes.  Special international requests/shipping quotes can be made by emailing Info@Lolaslookbook.com. 
  • Shipping Fees: $10 flat fee for all orders. Free shipping on orders over $150. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns and exchanges.
  • Shipping Time: Orders ship within 5-8 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Online Exclusives orders shipping times vary within 5-14 business days and may come in multiple packages. Pre-orders will have a tentative fulfillment date which is listed in their product description
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. Shipping insurance is available for coverage.
  • No Refunds on Shipping: Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • How do I know the status of my order?:  You receive a confirmation email once our order is placed and another when your order is shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will contain your tracking number.  Specific questions or concerns regarding your order can be emailed to Info@lolaslookbook.com.
